Though I give some links for the newbies to start with, you should have to find the common knowledge about forex trading on the internet, books, ebooks, other seminars/webinars, other training groups, etc. Have the initiative to learn on your own first and hard, before asking the minor and simple questions that you can get answers with google.

2) Though around 80% of the members have achieved 100% to 300% profit already, our strategies are not magic. You should abide by the trading rules and don't think that it is indestructible.

3) Based on experience on supervising traders for the past years, we can instill discipline by starting on simple rules. So we start here in an automated system, then as the students experience success with EAs and learned the control and not to intervene with the system, they will start to learn REAL manual trading in the advanced level. Even if they experience more than 100% or even more than 300% with their live accounts, it is not yet the real trading. It is just the proper-attitude training and It is just the beginning.
